GOSA Report Card:

As a Title I school district, we are required to provide an annual report card to you. The Governor's Office of Student Achievement has created a report card that measures all schools in the state of Georgia. You can access the report card here.

WHO WE ARE:

We value and celebrate the following concepts: Internationalism, Cultural Awareness, Character Education, Inquiry Based Learning, Transdisciplinary Teaching and Learning, Students recommending addition on real world problems, Authentic learning opportunities to real world problems, Educating the whole child, Literature based learning and discussion grounded in the GCSS Literacy Instructional Framework. We seek to produce students who are global and digital citizens; focused and grounded in the community and 21st century skills.

Units are designed to promote higher-order and critical thinking skills and offer a variety of assessment options. Each unit contains an application of the standards in solving or examining a real-world problem or issue.

Fair Street offers both World Language Instruction in Spanish, as well as an Experience Program in other world languages, technology integration, opportunities for blended learning, and an explicit focus on internationalism.

Family and community programs, such as Harvest Festivals Around the World, and International Dinner offer opportunities to celebrate the global perspectives of Fair Street School.
